Ingredients:
½ cup whole rolled oats
1 Scoop of Multi-Collagen (for mild, unflavored protein boost) OR 1 scoop of Grass-Fed Whey (for high-protein, vanilla kick)
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 Tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon vanilla
pinch of coarse sea salt
½ medium banana
Directions:
In a mason jar (or storage container), combine all ingredients except for the banana.
Mix and place in a refrigerator overnight.
