  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 10 Raw, Soaked Almonds
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Cardamom
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • Pinch of Black Pepper *optional

POST WORKOUT TONIC

  • 1 Cup of Fresh Almond Milk
  • Blended with:
  • 1 tbsp Alaya Collagen Powder 
  • ½ Tsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 10 Raw, Soaked Almonds
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Cardamom
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • Pinch of Black Pepper *optional
  • Pinch of Ground or Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
  • 1tsp l-glutamine *optional
